Kite control is important in kitesurfing. if you do it well then everything a little bit easier when you in the water.
Below are factors you need to focus when you practice to control your kite.

#1. Relax Your Mind
Your mind is everything, if you tension your mind then everything tension too. just relax your mind. yes i know easier to taking but you know the instructor always beside you he will fix any problem if you got, so just relax no need to pressure.
#2. Relax your arm
Remember, you hold the kite by your back not by your arm so just relax, if you lose control then the kite still there it is not gone. even you can control the kite by your finger tips. in real i can control the kite by just one finger 🙂
#3. The steering lines
If you want the kite react quickly then pull the bar in for alittle tension the stering line, yes of course just attention to the power of the kite. whenever you fell a lot og power and may not control it the push the bar out.
#4. wait for the kite react
In some case you can not do up and down by your hand consistently you need to waiting for the react of kite.
For do that easier at this stage you need to watching the kite and feeling the power the kite on your back and feeling the tension of the steering line on your hand
#5. the feeling
You need good feeling when you control the kite. how do you get this? just spend your time to practicing with the kite then your skills and your felling improve time by time.
