So you know, when you kiting with us at our location then you are aways facing with the big waves during the kite course. from body draging and standing on the board…
Therefore you need to get used with that conditions. Once you can kiting at Mui Ne then you can Kiting around the world :))

So, if you are kiter who do can jump or some thing like that then get pass the big wave is very easy, just jump when it comes or avoid them …. so, this post not for you, this post for people who those still practicing how to get up on board :))
Now just keep reading.
In this I will show you a glance how to get through the big wave when you kiting here:
There are two kind of levels here:
If you are kiter already but you have never liting at big wave condition and you are the beginner who those practicing how to get up on board.
So, if you are beginner you need to take your time to practicing control the kite and get more confidence more and more this will helps you so much when you get in side the big wave.
The first you need to know the wave reach peak or broken. that why if you are surfer then you had some pros about the stage of waves 🙂
If you see the wave is still at swell stage the you need to go fast and let that stage of wave behind you. You are safe now. But if you see the swell will reachs peak stage soon the don’t go fast you need to waiting for the wave broken and just pass it at that time.
But some time you get up in the water and the big broken wave (white wave) appear suddenly so in this case you need to carm dowm press the weight on your heels and contact with the water by your bottom, maintance your position and when the waves pass by you then steers the kite to the 45 degree and kepp moving again.
Just keep in mind: Don’t go directly in to the wave which one is coming to you with the same power, in that case you will be the wave hit and fall back. I mean you need to get slow down momentum when the wave hit you but you also keep your standing and get back on way quickly when the wave passed you. don’t let you sinking. If your standing is loose then you tend to sink.
