If you are beginner then the light wind and flat water are better conditions for you. so, if you come around April until September is the best time period for you. But in this time a lot of raining, so it may effect to your kite courses.
If you are experiences in kiteboarding then you can love time period from December until march in Mui Ne. in this time a lot of strong wind, big waves and choppy water… a lot of Hight challenges in this time. But you totally could learn kite in this time period, just a little bit challenger.
In the summary: You can learn kiteboarding or kiting independently year around in Mui Ne depend timing.
